This School of Ministry Weekend Workshop is Session 5 of the 2025 Saturday Workshop Series. The topics covered in this session include
- Morning Devotional (9:00am - 9:30am)
- Caring Ministry by Rev. Dr. Troy Conrad (in-person 9:30 am - 12:30pm)
- Wesleyan Theology by Rev. Dr. Richard Heyduck (in-person 1:30pm - 4:30pm)
- ONLINE: Basics of the Bible by Rev. Wendy Heinemann (online, 9:00am - 12:00pm)
- ONLINE: Leading Small Groups by Rev. Enid Henderson (online, SPLIT CLASS, 1:30pm - 4:30pm)
- ONLINE: Basics of Preaching by Bishop Kenneth Levingston (online, SPLIT CLASS, 1:30pm - 4:30pm)
The School of Ministry equips supply pastors, certified lay ministers, and those exploring calling with basic tools in ministry. Students completing 10 classes fulfill all educational requirements for a certified lay ministry certificate. Each of the classes in this session count as 1 class in the 10-class requirement.
